How do refunds work?

Each tournament sets its own refund policy (immediate, manual review, or batched after the event). You'll see the policy on the registration page before you pay.

After withdrawing, your refund status shows on the tournament page. For manually-reviewed refunds, the director approves or denies within a few days.

I think I was charged twice

Double-registration can sometimes look like a double charge — check your My Tournaments page first to see if you have two active registrations.

If you only see one registration but two charges on your statement, contact us with the last 4 digits of the card and we'll investigate in Stripe.

How do I approve or deny a refund?

Open the tournament and go to the Players page — it covers roster, payments, and refunds. Set the Refunds filter to "Refund eligible" to see who's awaiting a decision; the Players nav item shows a badge with the pending count.

From a player's row (or a bulk action) choose to issue the refund through Stripe or decline it. Depending on the tournament's refund policy, some refunds are auto-approved on withdrawal and need no action from you.
